You may cancel your Little Sprouts Post subscription at any time through your account portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again, and you will receive any mailers already scheduled for that month.
Because each mailer is prepared and shipped on a monthly schedule, we are unable to offer refunds on mailers that have already shipped.
If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us at hello@littlesproutspost.com and we will make it right.
