What's inside each month?
Every mailer includes a letter from Hootwell, seeds to sprout in a jar — no soil or sunlight needed — and a collectible character sticker for your Secret Garden Map. Month 1 also includes the map itself, which fills in over 12 months.
What age is this for?
Little Sprouts Post is designed for children ages 2–10. The letters are written to spark curiosity and wonder, and kids of all ages love watching things grow.
Do the seeds need soil or sunlight?
Nope! Each month's seeds are chosen specifically to sprout in a jar of water on any countertop. No garden, no outdoor space, no green thumb required. Full sprouting instructions are included with your first mailer.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can update your shipping address, update your payment method, or cancel anytime through your account portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll still receive any mailers already scheduled for that month. When does my first mailer arrive?
Your first mailer ships within 2–3 business days of signup. After that, mailers ship on the 1st of each month. If you signed up by the 10th, your second mailer ships the following month. If you signed up after the 10th, your second mailer ships the month after that.

Can we eat the sprouts?
While many of the seeds we use are common food varieties, the sprouts are intended for growing and observation only. We recommend enjoying the magic of watching them grow rather than eating them.
